Frequently asked questions

What actually happens when I send content over the web, by email for example?
In fact, when you send content by mail, a document for example, your content is duplicated an average of 6 times and stored in several different systems. These systems are a target for content theft, and this implies unauthorized and even criminal use of your private information. That's why we offer you a tool that will help you to significantly reduce the danger especially when privacy is critical. See below how your document doubles.
The first copy is of course on your computer.
A second copy is created when you upload it to your email and send to the recipient.
A third copy is created in the recipient's mail system.
A fourth copy is created when the recipient downloads the content to their computer.
Two extra copies are created because the mail servers back themselves up at least once.
So, you planned to have a copy in your possession and the recipient has another copy, but this is not the case - there are currently 6 copies in six different systems and all of them are prone to attacks and content theft.
With the help of Veni Vidi you can reduce the exposure to only two copies and realize what you wanted from the beginning.

So, how it works?
The sender packages the content in an encrypted file (capsule) and sends it using one of the common platforms - email, WhatsApp, Signal, etc. The capsule's opening mechanism contains 4 conditions that must be met for the person holding the capsule to be able to use the contents. Below is an explanation of the terms.
1. Date range. That is, the date/hour/minute range in which the capsule can be opened, and the contents used. You can define a current and future date range. Compliance with the date range is mandatory for opening the capsule. When the date range is in the past - the capsule will remain sealed forever. When the "From" and "To" headings appear in green, that means the date range is current.
2. Geographical location. This condition is optional and allows to delimit the geographical area where the capsule can be opened. A point is set on the map and the radius around it is set - the capsule will open only there. When the heading in the location is green, it means that the device is in the geographical point suitable for opening the capsule.
3. PIN code. An optional condition based on a 4-digit number, similar to a credit card PIN. When the code header is green, it means that the existing value allows the capsule to be opened.
4. Keyword. An optional mode of 12 characters that allows you to define a type of password to open the capsule. When the keyword title is green, it means that the existing value allows the capsule to be opened.
Note - The date range is your primary tool to ensure that the content you've transferred isn't vulnerable to content theft attacks. For example: you need to send a document to your lawyer, therefore, set a date range of 24 hours to two days and notify the law firm. In the office will take care of downloading the document and after two days all the capsule copies will be sealed forever.
